How to Add an Add-On Service to an Active Contract?

Follow the below steps to add an add-on service to an active contract:

Step 1: Access the Contract Detail Page:

1.1. Navigate to the Specific Contract Detail Page:
  1. Begin by accessing the Contract Detail Page for the active contract to which you want to add an add-on service.
  2. On the Contract Detail Page, scroll down to locate the Subscription section.
  3. This section displays all the services currently subscribed to under this contract.


Step 2: Add a New Service:

2.1. Click on the (+) Button:
  1. Within the Subscription section, find and click on the (+) button labelled "Add Service."
  2. This action will open a side drawer window.




2.2. Select a Service:
  1. In the side drawer window, you will see a list of services configured in your account.
  2. Browse through the list and check the box next to the preferred service you wish to add to the contract.
2.3. Apply Changes:
  1. After selecting the desired service(s), click on the "Apply Changes" button to confirm and add the service to the contract.


Important Notes:

Invoicing for Add-On Services:
  1. Recurring Services: If the service is configured as a recurring service, it will be included from the next billing cycle onwards.
  2. One-Time Services: If it’s a one-time service, it will be invoiced in the next available invoice.


Step 3: Manage Services:

3.1. Unlink Service:
  1. If a tenant decides to unsubscribe from a service, you have the option to unlink the service.
  2. To do this, locate the service in the Subscription section and follow the 3 dots icon (also known as an "ellipsis" or "more options" menu) to unlink the service from the contract.
  3. Enter the "Subscription End date" and click on "Confirm".




3.2. Delete Service:
  1. In the Subscription section, identify the service you wish to delete from the contract.
  2. Next to the service, you will see a three dots icon (also known as an "ellipsis" or "more options" menu). Click on this icon.





3.3. Revise Service Pricing:
  1. You can also revise the price of a service associated with a specific contract.
  2. The Subscription section allows you to adjust pricing, ensuring the service cost is accurate and up-to-date.




3.4. View Price Revision History:
  1. Additionally, you can view the history of price revisions for any service. This feature helps maintain transparency and track any changes made over time.




By following these steps, you can easily add, manage, or modify add-on services within an active contract, ensuring that all tenant services are accurately billed and maintained.
