The Dashboard is a powerful feature that provides you with a comprehensive overview of your business's key metrics. It offers real-time insights into three major areas: Activity, Revenue, and Payment Status. Master Search Functionality:

This feature allows users to navigate within the application efficiently by searching for specific Contacts, Contracts, Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes, Refunds, and more.



Dashboard Widgets:

1. Activity Overview:

The Activity section of the Dashboard provides a detailed snapshot of your daily operations, focusing on move-ins, move-outs, and contract statuses. It offers an overview of all active contracts, upcoming move-ins, customers in notice periods, closed contracts, and any overlocked units for the current month. This section is essential for monitoring your business's Contract and Occupancy status, helping you stay on top of customer interactions and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Regularly reviewing this section ensures that your team is effectively managing day-to-day operations and optimizing occupancy rates.



2. Revenue:

The Revenue section of the Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your business's financial performance, presenting key metrics to help you understand your income trends. It displays the total revenue generated up to the current date and provides projections for the remaining month. Additionally, it compares this data with revenue generated last month and forecasts expected revenue for the upcoming month.



2.1. Net Sales Revenue:

This part of the section provides an overview of your net sales revenue, which is calculated as the total invoices generated minus any credit notes. The metrics are broken down as follows:
  • Year-to-Date (YTD) vs. Previous Year-to-Date (PYTD): Compare the net sales revenue from the start of the current financial year to the current date with the same period in the previous financial year, highlighting growth or decline.

  • Current Month (CM) vs. Last Year’s Current Month (LYM): Review the revenue generated in the current month compared to the same month last year, offering insights into month-over-month growth or trends.

  • Last Month (LM) vs. Month Before Last (MBL): Compare the revenue generated last month with the month prior to it, helping you understand recent sales trends.

2.2. Net Cash Flow:

The Net Cash Flow section provides a comprehensive overview of your business's cash flow by calculating the total receipts generated minus any refunds issued. This critical metric helps you understand the liquidity and financial health of your business. The section is broken down into the following comparisons:

  • Year-to-Date (YTD) vs. Previous Year-to-Date (PYTD):
    This metric compares the net receipts generated from the start of the current financial year to the current date with the same period in the previous financial year, allowing you to assess year-over-year growth or decline.

  • Current Month (CM) vs. Last Year’s Current Month (LYM):
    Analyze the receipts generated in the current month compared to the same month last year. This comparison helps you track month-over-month growth and identify any emerging trends.

  • Last Month (LM) vs. Month Before Last (MBL):

2.4. Sales Revenue Break-Up:

The Sales Revenue Break-Up section provides a detailed breakdown of your business’s revenue sources, offering insights into how different streams contribute to your overall income. This section categorizes revenue into various components like Rent, Security Deposit, Services, Insurances, etc., helping you understand the specific areas driving your financial performance.

3. Payment Status:

The Payment Status section provides a comprehensive overview of your customers' payment activities, focusing on invoices paid versus unpaid over the last 7 days. This section is vital for managing cash flow and ensuring timely payments. Here’s a detailed look at its key features:




3.1 Dues:

Displays the total number of invoices that remain unpaid and the total outstanding amount that falls within their due date. The data breaks down the due amounts from current tenants and those who have moved out (Active Tenants and Ex-Tenants).



3.2. Overdues: 1 to 30 Days:

Shows the total number of invoices and the outstanding amount that falls within the 1 to 30 days overdue window. The data breaks down the overdue amounts from current tenants and those who have moved out (Active Tenants and Ex-Tenants).



3.3. Above 30 Days Overdue:

Displays the total number of invoices and the outstanding amount that is overdue by more than 30 days. This section highlights long-term overdue payments that may require more urgent attention. The data breaks down the overdue amounts from current tenants and those who have moved out (Active Tenants and Ex-Tenants).



3.4. Revenue Comparison:

This table view provides a comparison of revenue received through different payment modes.
