How to Generate the Next Invoice?
StoRegister allows you to manually generate the next rental invoice for a contract whenever needed. This is helpful for early billing, adjusting invoice periods, or including additional charges.
Steps to Generate the Next Invoice

Navigate to the Contract Detail Page of the tenant.

Click on the “Actions” button in the top-right corner.

Select “Generate Next Invoice” from the dropdown menu.

4. You will be redirected to the Invoice Preview Page, where you can:
- Preview the upcoming invoice details.
- Add Additional Months to the billing period if needed.
- Change the Pro-Rata Type based on your billing policy.
- Add Invoice Notes (optional) for internal reference or tenant communication.
5. Once everything looks good, click “Generate Invoice”.
