How to Link Insurance to a Unit/Box?

Linking an insurance plan to a Unit/Box makes it a default or mandatory subscription for the tenant when renting that specific unit/box. Here are two methods to accomplish this:

Method 1: Link Insurance from the Unit/Box Detail Page:

Navigate to the Unit/Box Detail Page:
  1. Go to the specific Unit/Box Detail page where you want to link the insurance plan.
Find the Insurance Section:
  1. Locate the Insurance section on the Unit/Box detail page.
Link the Insurance:
  1. Click on the "Edit" button within the Insurance section.
  2. Select "Link Insurance" from the options.


Select Insurance Plan:
  1. A side drawer will open displaying a list of available insurance plans.
  2. Select the insurance plan you want to link to the unit.


Apply Changes:
  1. Click on "Apply Changes" to link the selected insurance plan to the unit.


Method 2: Link Insurance to Multiple Units/Boxes from the Storage Space Listing Page:

Navigate to the Storage Space Listing Page:
  1. Go to the Storage Space Listing page where you can view all units/boxes.
Filter Units/Boxes:
  1. Use the available filters to refine the list of units/boxes.
Select Units/Boxes:
  1. Select the specific units/boxes you want to link insurance to, or choose all units/boxes.
Link the Insurance:
  1. Click on "Advanced Options" and then select the "Link Insurance" button.


Select Insurance Plan:
  1. A side drawer will open with a list of available insurance plans.
  2. Choose the insurance plan you want to link to the selected units/boxes.


Apply Changes:
  1. Click on "Apply Changes" to link the insurance plan to the selected units/boxes.


By following these steps, you can efficiently link insurance plans to individual or multiple units/boxes, making it mandatory for tenants who rent those units.
