How to Link an Add-on Service to a Unit/Box?

Linking an Add-on Service to a Unit/Box makes it a default or mandatory subscription for the tenant when renting that specific unit/box. There are two methods to accomplish this:

Method 1: Link Add-on Service from the Unit/Box Detail Page:

Navigate to the Unit/Box Detail Page:
  1. Go to the specific Unit/Box Detail page.
Find the Service Section:
  1. Look for the Service section on the Unit/Box detail page.


Link the Service:
  1. Click on the "Edit" button within the Service section.
  2. Select "Link Service" from the options.


Select Services:
  1. A side drawer will open displaying a list of available services.
  2. Select one or more services to link to the unit.


Apply Changes:
  1. Click on "Apply Changes" to link the selected services to the unit.

Method 2: Link Add-on Service to Multiple Units/Boxes from the Storage Space Listing Page:

Navigate to the Storage Space Listing Page:
  1. Go to the Storage Space Listing page.
Filter Units/Boxes:
  1. Use the available filters to refine the list of units/boxes.
Select Units/Boxes:
  1. Select the list of units/boxes, or choose all units/boxes by clicking on Advance Options.
Link the Service:
  1. Click on "Advanced Options" and then select the "Link Service" button.


Select Services:
  1. A side drawer will open with a list of available services.
  2. Choose one or more services to link to the selected units/boxes.


Apply Changes:
  1. Click on "Apply Changes" to link the services to the selected units/boxes.


By following these steps, you can efficiently link Add-on Services to individual or multiple units/boxes, making them mandatory for tenants who rent those units.
