How to Change Contract Status?
The Change Contract Status feature in StoRegister allows users to update the status of a contract based on business or operational needs—such as marking it as Overlocked, Access Revoked, or Active.
Steps to Change the Contract Status

Navigate to the Contract Detail Page of the tenant.

Locate the “Actions” button on the top right corner.

Click “Change Contract Status” from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear:

Click “Confirm” to apply the changes.

What Happens Next?

The contract status will be updated immediately based on the selection.

If the email notification is enabled, an email will be sent to the tenant informing them of the status change.
