How to Access a Signed Contract?

StoRegister allows you to easily access, view, and download signed contracts associated with a tenant's booking — whether they were signed digitally or uploaded manually.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to the Contract Detail Page

  • Go to the Contract Detail Page of the tenant whose signed contract you want to view.

Step 2: Locate the Document Section

  • Scroll down or click on the “Document” tab/section.

  • You will see a list of documents linked to the contract, including the signed lease agreement.

Step 3: View or Download the Signed Contract

  • Locate the document labeled “Signed Contract” or “Lease Agreement.”

  • Click the Download button to save a copy to your device.


Notes:

  • The signed contract may have been collected via digital signing or uploaded as a scanned document.
