How to Set or Change Gate Access Code for a Contract?

StoRegister allows you to assign or update a Gate Access Code at the contract level, helping you manage secure entry to the facility.

Steps to Set or Change Gate Access Code

  1. Navigate to the Contract Detail Page of the tenant.

  2. Locate the left side menu and click on “Subscription”.

  3. Find the “Access Code” label and click the Edit button next to it.

  4. A pop-up window will appear:

    • Enter or update the Access Code in the input field.

  5. Click “Save” to apply the changes.


What Happens Next?

  • The new Access Code will be linked to the tenant’s contract and will automatically sync with gate or door access systems integrated with the account.

  • Changes are saved instantly for real-time access updates.
