From the top menu, click the Create (+) button.
Select Create Move-In from the dropdown list.
If your account manages multiple properties or business entities, you’ll be prompted to choose:
Property – where the tenant is interested in moving.
Business – the business unit under which the lead will be created.
You can either:
Click Create Contact to add a new lead’s details (name, email, phone).
Or choose an Existing Contact from the system.
A side drawer will open with a list of available units.
Use Advanced Filters to narrow your selection:
Building
Floor
Storage Category
Size
Unit Status (Vacant, Reserved, etc.)
Choose the preferred unit.
Here, you can review and configure the selected unit:
View Box Details – Size, Rent, Security Deposit.
Add Add-ons – Select optional services:
Service Plans
Insurance
Merchandise (like packing supplies)
Apply Discount – Add promotional or manual discounts if applicable.
Add Multiple Units – If the customer wants to book more than one unit, you can add additional boxes.
On the left side of the screen, you can configure check-in preferences:
Expected Move-In Date
Length of Stay
Payment Mode – e.g., Credit Card, Cash, Bank Transfer
Recurring Period – e.g., Monthly, Weekly
Invoice Cycle
Invoice Aging Days – Set due period for payment reminders
Once all unit, contact, and check-in details are set:
Click Proceed to Create Lead.

Set up Appointments with the prospective lead.
Appointments can be:
Created for yourself.
Scheduled on behalf of other users (e.g., assign a colleague to meet the lead).

Displays a list of all quotes sent to the lead.
Provides a full history for easy reference and follow-up.
Helpful to track which options have been offered and their status.
