How to Create a Service?

The Create Service feature allows you to set up new services within the system, whether they are recurring subscriptions or one-time offerings.

Step 1: Navigate to the Create Service Page

Go to Addons → Service → Create Service.

Step 2: Enter Service Primary Details

  • Service Name – Enter a clear and descriptive name for the service.

  • Description – Provide a brief explanation of the service.

  • Service Type – Choose between:

    • Rental – For services billed alongside rental agreements.

    • Subscription – For recurring subscription-based services or one-time services.

Step 3: Configure Category Details (Optional)

If your business categorizes services, you can assign the service to a catalogue:

  • Main Catalogue – Select the main category the service belongs to.

  • Catalogue – Choose the relevant sub-category.

Step 4: Set Charges Details

  • Add Charges – Enter the service price.

  • Inclusive Tax – Enable if the entered price already includes tax.

Step 5: Link to Properties

  • Enable/Disable – Choose which properties the service should be linked to.
