Service Detail Page – Overview and Actions
Understanding the Service Detail Page
The Service Detail Page allows you to view and manage all settings, linked entities, and associations for a specific service. From here, you can update descriptions, link the service to boxes or properties, and review contracts where it’s applied.
1. General Description
Add or update the service’s general description to provide more context or details for internal reference or customer-facing materials.
2. Enable/Disable Service
Use the toggle to enable or disable the service.
3. Boxes Tab
This tab lets you link the service to specific storage sizes or units.

Click Link Boxes to open the side drawer.

In the side drawer, select one or multiple sizes/units from the available list.

Save your selection to associate the service with the chosen units.
4. Active Contracts
Displays a list of all active contracts where this service is currently linked. You can review details to confirm service usage across tenants.
5. Closed Contracts
Displays a list of closed contracts that previously had this service linked. This helps in historical tracking and service usage analysis.
6. Properties
Shows the list of properties where this service is linked.
Note: Changes to linked boxes or properties affect the availability of the service for new contracts but will not automatically remove the service from existing contracts.
